Virtual Alliance 2U, located in Buffalo, New York, was started by Tracy Lynn as an entrepreneurial venture that would allow her to have control over her work environment and give her the opportunity to make the important decisions.

Tracy's experience spans more than 15 years in the corporate world. In this time she developed a wide range of administrative, clerical, executive, design and customer service skills. Spending most of this time as an independent contractor allowed her to build and refine her skills in the business world.

The last Executive Administrative position held by Tracy was the catalyst to her decision to become a Virtual Assistant. Having looked around one day, only to discover that all of the functions she performed in her cubicle were services she could just as easily, if not more efficiently and effectively, provide on her own, she set out to become THE consumate professional Virtual Assistant.

• We will place each client's best interest first and foremost.
• We will make reasonably certain that we have the necessary skills and resources to provide the support and services needed before entering into a client relationship.
Should we feel that we cannot provide the support and services necessary, we will make every effort to locate a VA who can perform the task needed.

• We will clearly communicate the terms and conditions of any client relationship, identifying the responsibilities of all parties, and documenting these provisions in a signed agreement.


• We will honor our contracts, agreements and commitments.


• We will only make commitments that are within our power and abilities to deliver.


• We will accept responsibility for all work we do, admit mistakes and do whatever is possible to rectify any problems that arise.


• We will maintain the highest level of professionalism, and refrain from misrepresenting any authority entrusted to us.


• We will maintain accurate and sufficient records of all client work.


• We will safeguard and protect all private and confidential information entrusted to us or obtained in the course of any working relationship.


• We will not release any client information without prior consent or unless given instruction or permission by client to do so on his or her behalf.


• We will ensure that electronic and hardcopy record disposal is handled in a confidential and secure manner.


• We will serve as an effective professional representative of our clients when asked to do so, and do everything within our power to protect the interest of our clients at all times.
