offers exceptional retainer packages tailored to the needs of many business owners.
However, should any of the retainer plans outlined not fit your needs, we will
gladly design a plan that will work for you.

Our
retainer plans give you the ability to utilize our services when the time is
most
beneficial to your business needs. All Prepaid Plans are based on an hourly rate
of $35.00 which includes Administrative and Executive Services. Hours
are billed to the minute with time-tracking software.

Hours
over and beyond the package plan will be billed out as follows:
$35.00 per
hour - up to 5 hours
$40.00 per hour
- 6 to 10
$45.00 per hour - 11 or more
Prepaid Plans
do not include postage, courier, telephone charges, materials, etc. or any
items purchased for project. Those costs are charged separately and will be
invoiced monthly.
All retainer
plans must have a signed contract as per Virtual
Alliance 2U
policies.
Retainer services are billed a month in advance and payment is due upon receipt.
Invoices are sent on the 28th day of the month and unused hours cannot be
transferred from month to month.
Hourly
rates if NOT utilizing a retainer package as follows (Please
see Services for a complete listing):
Administrative/Executive Services, Other Services, Document and File Management/Organization:
$45 per hour
Hourly
rates for services not included on retainer packages as follows:
**Technical/Writing Services: $35.00-$45.00 per hour - pricing varies with each
project
**Graphic Design / Forms Creation & Conversion Services: $50.00 per hour
**Web design services: $55.00 per hour
**These services require a quote per project
Hourly services
not on a retainer package are billed in quarter hour increments, with a one
hour minimum. A 25% deposit is due at contract signing.
For special projects, a 50% deposit is due in advance, with final payment required
upon completion of project. We accept checks ( $35.00 returned check fee), cashier's
checks, and money orders. Credit cards accepted through PayPal.
A signed contract outlining the details of services to be provided, both hourly and project-based, will be required prior to work commencing.
Remember, with a Virtual Assistant, you only pay for the time on task by the minute! We use time-tracking software so no more paying for socializing, hour long lunches, extended breaks, or frequent trips to the washroom.
